The last of the On Safari polishes! Sorry if I’ve bored you the past couple of weeks, but now I can move on to some other things (including nail art).
I LOVE this color. I’d even go so far as to say it’s my favorite of the On Safari collection. Both my mom, who likes muted taupes and mauves, and my little sister, who loves neons and crazy nail art, picked this out as their favorite. The three of us don’t agree on much, so you know this has to be good if we all love it.
I thought this would look horrible on my skin tone, but it’s actually not that bad. It just kinda looks like I poured butterscotch on my fingers. Which is kind of awesome, in my opinion. I think I’d wear it even if it looked terrible on me, though – I love it that much.
This was three coats of Desert Sun with Seche Vite on top. It was a little bit thick, but not too bad, and a little sheer, but I totally didn’t mind adding a third coat.
This color is so unique – I can’t really think of anything like this. And it is so perfect for fall! It reminds me of pumpkin pie and spice cake and caramel apples and fall foliage and everything good about autumn.
What do you think of this color? I won’t be offended if you hate it… I just might not share my pumpkin pie with you. And yes, I am eating pumpkin pie as I write this. 😀
