Today’s challenge is “pine.” I wanted to do something a little bit different, but simple and remembered seeing this post from The Daily Nail a long time ago. I love the simplicity of the pale gold and pine branches. And I really love how this mani turned out! Definitely one of my favorites of the challenge so far!
For the base I used OPI Glitzerland. It had been on my wishlist for probably over a year before I found it at Ulta, and it has become my favorite gold polish. I love it! I used OPI Get in the Espresso Lane for the branches (which are almost completely covered). I used three shades of green for the pine needles to create depth – Julep Diane, Finger Paints Tough Art to Follow, and Sonia Kashuk Emerald City.
I think this is just so pretty! The worst part about daily challenges like the one I’m doing now is having to take manis like this off after only a day. At least I can still stare at the pictures.
